Orders leave our studio within 24-48 business hours, AND TAKE UP TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE AT YOUR DOORSTEP.

Your signature will be necessary and we recommend filling out your work address or the address you are in during the day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

​Please allow 7 business days. You will receive an email with your order's tracking number. Once the package is processed you will be able to track it on the UPS website.

Packages may be subject to customs or duties upon arrival in country.  Shipping times vary depending on location and time of year.  The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Candleroom has no control over this.

Products containing alcohol (including fragrance diffusers and perfume): Due to strict international transport regulations, we are not able to ship items containing alcohol (hence fragrance diffusers, Perfume) to some countries, sorry about that…
